We’re excited to welcome Katarina to our team. Many of you know her from clinical quality and GCP — on both sides of the table. She’s led quality and compliance in global pharma, but also worked closely with different vendors/CROs and Investigator sites. She also previously served as a pharmaceutical inspector at the Swedish Medical Products Agency for many years, conducting sponsor, vendor, and site inspections around the world (including joint inspections with FDA).
Katarina brings hands-on expertise on sponsor and vendor oversight, risk-based quality (CtQ/QbD), conducting audit & inspection readiness, and preparation for due diligence & acquisitions — always grounded in the latest international regulations and best practices. She’s known for translating a wide range of evolving standards and guidelines into practical solutions for teams, including ICH GCP, EU and US regulations, digital compliance, and more.
Most of all, she’s a collaborator. We look forward to learning together and helping teams feel confident—from early planning to inspections.
