Raf has had several operational and senior management roles within Life Sciences. As PhD biochemist, he has built a sound technology and industry understanding from hands-on experience in product and process development, project management, manufacturing, quality control, and quality management. Raf combines a strong focus on end-user needs with a solid business knowledge. 

As manager, Raf quickly identifies opportunities, builds strong teams and has a hands-on approach to solving issues when required.  He has built and developed different teams within manufacturing, quality control and R&D. He developed, improved and implemented working processes allowing sustainable growth of team and team deliverables. He rapidly catches up on new input and trends and adjusts accordingly to deliver on budget and growth targets.

Raf builds strong relationships both with colleagues and other stakeholders based on trust and commitment.
